TIFF is officially here. With parties and events being thrown every night, screenings all throughout the days, and numerous networking events.. I will be a little more quiet than usual over the next 10 days. For a young filmmaker this is the most exciting time of the year… and it’s incredible to watch Toronto come alive. This Saturday I celebrated my 28th birthday with all of my closest friends here in Toronto. The beginning of September is a bittersweet time of year for me. I’m always excited because my birthday is just around the corner, but sad because I know that the last few days of summer are upon us.
