Silver Pleats

Today is a big day for me. I had my first audition of 2017 (Hallelujah!) this morning, and have a VERY important meeting later on today. While I can’t divulge the details of this meeting right now (as much as I would love to), I hope you can all keep your fingers and toes crossed for me. This meeting could change a lot of things for me this year and I hope more than anything I have good news to share with you next week because of it!! Lately there’s two things I have been a complete sucker for.. Silver,…

Being True to Yourself – Why you’re seeing changes in …

2016 may not have been a great year in general, but for me it was a pretty awesome and monumental year. 2016 was my first full year here in Toronto. In 2016, I got my first ACTRA acting gig here in Toronto, and I really started to settle in and feel like Toronto is home. In 2016 I got to attend tons of great events, from Grey Goose Boulangerie Blue at the Toronto Yacht club, to the Maison Moet and most recently, the Stella Artois Masquerade. I attended my very first TIFF, where I got the opportunity to meet so…

Snowy on Silverstar

The knees of my pants between where my coat ended and where my boots started were soaked right through (which was very unpleasant to work in). Somehow my hair got wet underneath both my hood and umbrella.. and at one point my umbrella turned completely inside out. It was not pretty. This got me thinking to how interesting it is that…

Cozy by the Lake

Finally sharing my first look of 2017 and trying to not stress over the fact that it’s only what.. almost 2 weeks late? After flying back home from a long Christmas vacation in Edmonton (and Kelowna!) I’m ready to get back into the swing of things in all aspects of my life, especially blogging. I had such an amazing break and got some much needed R&R, but even more importantly got to catch up with my family and friends. It’s so important to take time over the holidays to be with the ones you love, and sometime that means stepping…

Hindsight Music Video

While fashion is a passion of mine, acting and film will always be my one true love so I’m always excited when I get the opportunity to share a little piece of it with you. Today I’m sharing with you a little music video I acted in a few years back. Originally this was produced as an entry into an online music video contest, and was called “My December”. Recently it was re-engineered and re-cut for a brand new song, “Hindsight” by Jerome de Gourville. Loving how this turned out and hope you enjoy watching it too!   Click below…
